LendingIQ ("LendingIQ," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI agent and related software services for financial services organizations. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, that organization is typically the controller of business contact and account data; we process such data as a processor or service provider according to your agreement with us and the organization's instructions, where applicable.
