Welcome to Lifepay India Private Limited (“Lifepay”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile web application, and services, collectively referred to as the “Platform”. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Lifepay provides credit education, credit score analysis, and advisory services intended to help individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises understand and improve their credit profile (“Services”). The Services may include credit score insights, interpretation of credit reports, actionable guidance to improve credit health, and educational tools or recommendations. Lifepay does not provide loans, does not act as a lender, and does not guarantee or assure any improvement in credit score.

Credit scores are determined solely by external credit bureaus and financial institutions. Lifepay does not control credit bureau algorithms, does not guarantee any increase in credit score, and does not influence lending decisions made by banks, NBFCs, or other financial institutions. Any improvement in credit score depends on multiple factors including, but not limited to, repayment behavior, credit utilization, existing credit history, and reporting timelines followed by credit bureaus.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, and that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Certain Services offered on the Platform are paid services. Applicable fees are disclosed prior to purchase, and all payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Prices for Services may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, not to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or data, and to provide valid and informed consent wherever required, including consent for accessing credit bureau information.

By using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data, including sensitive personal data, for the purpose of providing the Services. You also consent to the access of credit bureau information where applicable. All data is handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, credit information laws, and regulatory guidelines.

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Lifepay India Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lifepay.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Lifepay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or Services. Lifepay’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant Services.

Lifepay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, or if such action is required by law or regulatory authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lifepay India Private Limited provides digital advisory and credit improvement services and is committed to maintaining transparent and fair policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

​

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances such as duplicate payments, payments made where the Service has not been initiated, or technical errors attributable solely to Lifepay. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where dissatisfaction arises due to expected outcomes, including situations where a credit score does not improve.

​

Refunds will not be issued if the Services have already been delivered or initiated, if credit bureau access has been successfully executed, if advisory or analysis has already been provided, or if delays or outcomes are caused by third-party entities such as credit bureaus, banks, or payment gateways.

​

To request a refund, users must email support@lendingiq.ai with their registered mobile number, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days from the date of payment.

​

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within seven business days and credited back to the original method of payment. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment gateway or the user’s bank.

​

Users may request cancellation of a paid Service before the initiation of the Service by contacting customer support. Once the Service has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

​

Lifepay reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on the Platform and will be effective from the date of publication.

Personal information is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing credit education, credit score analysis, advisory services, identity verification, compliance with applicable laws, fraud prevention, customer support, and improving the quality of our Services. Access to credit bureau information is carried out only after obtaining explicit and informed consent from the user and strictly for permissible purposes under applicable laws. Lifepay does not control credit bureau data and does not modify or alter credit records.

User data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics services, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality and security obligations. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or lawful request from government or regulatory authorities.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. While we take appropriate safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
