A skilled generalist with no industry assumptions. Knows how to analyse data, make calls, write reports, process documents or manage workflows - but carries zero domain knowledge. Built and maintained entirely by LendingIQ. Reusable across any BFSI vertical.
Lending Knowledge Layer (LendingIQ Proprietary IP)
The induction programme. Core worker is trained on LendingIQ's lending domain knowledge - credit concepts, underwriting logic, collections workflows, bureau interpretation and regulatory context. Now a lending specialist, not just a skilled generalist.
Client-Enhanced Worker (Client-Owned)
On-the-job experience. Worker is trained on the client's data, policies, risk appetite and operating context - entirely inside the client's environment. Client data never leaves client infrastructure. The enhanced worker is owned by the client.
